No Reimbursement. Any and all expenditures, capital investments or other investments made by Registry Operator in connection with this Agreement shall be at Registry Operator’s own risk and ICANN shall have no obligation to reimburse Registry Operator for any such expense, capital expenditure or investment. Registry Operator shall not be required to make any payments to a successor registry operator by reason of registry fees paid to Registry Operator prior to the effective date of (i) any termination or expiration of this Agreement or (ii) transition of the registry, unless any delay in transition of the registry to a successor operator shall be due to the actions of Registry Operator.
No Reimbursement. The City shall not provide any reimbursement for the cost of developing or presenting proposals in response to the request for proposal. Failure to include the requested information may have a negative impact on the evaluation of the offeror's proposal. 1.2.4
No Reimbursement. Any teacher under suspension or subject to dismissal proceedings will forfeit any claim to reimbursement under this article.
No Reimbursement. As of the Effective Date, PDL shall be responsible for all ex parte out-of-pocket expenses incurred by PDL after the Effective Date in connection with the prosecution and maintenance in the Territory of patent applications and patents included within the PDL Patents or Joint Roche-PDL Patents for which PDL makes filings with respect to Transplant Indications pursuant to Article XI of this Amended and Restated Worldwide Agreement.
No Reimbursement. The CBS will not be responsible for operating costs, home maintenance, or any other incidental cost (e.g. utilities) whatsoever, associated with the alternate work location.
No Reimbursement. No portion of the Purchase Price paid by the Buyer has been or will be delivered, paid or remitted, directly or indirectly, to Buyer or any of its affiliates. No Reimbursement. Any damages awarded pursuant to Section 9 above must be paid by the individual Teams found liable and those Teams may not be reimbursed or indemnified by any other Team or the WNBA, except to the extent of any award of contribution made pursuant to Section 12 above.
No Reimbursement. For clarity, Celgene shall not be responsible for any Manufacturing Costs associated with a Discovery Program or Licensed Program incurred prior to Celgene’s exercise of the Celgene Program Option or Development Cost Initiation Date with respect to such Program.
