Common use of To Members Clause in Contracts

To Members. Any notice to be given hereunder at any time to any Member or any document reports or returns required by this Agreement to be delivered to any Member, may be delivered personally or mailed to such Member, postage prepaid, addressed to the Member at such times as the Member shall by notice to the Company have designated as the Member's address for the mailing of all notices hereunder or, in the absence of such notice, to the address set forth in the Information Exhibit (Exhibit A) hereof. Any notice, or any document, report or return so delivered or mailed shall be deemed to have been given or delivered to such Member at the time it is mailed, as the case may be.

To Members. Any notice to be given hereunder at any time to any Member Member, or any document document, reports or returns required by this Agreement to be delivered to any Member, may be delivered personally or mailed to such Member, postage prepaid, addressed to the Member him or her at such times address as the Member (s)he shall by notice to the Company have designated as the Member's his or her address for the mailing of all notices hereunder or, in the absence of such notice, to the address set forth in the Information Exhibit (Exhibit A) Article IV hereof. Any notice, or any document, report or return so delivered or mailed shall be deemed to have been given or delivered to such Member at the time it is mailed, as the case may be.

Any notice, or any document, report or return opinion so delivered or mailed shall be deemed to have been given or delivered to such Member at the time it is mailed, as the case may be.

Any notice to be given hereunder at any time to any Member or Manager, or any document reports documents, reports, or returns required by this Agreement to be delivered to any MemberMember or Manager, may shall be delivered personally given either (i) by hand delivery with a written confirmation of receipt of delivery or mailed to such Member(ii) by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed in each case to the such Member at the address set forth on Exhibit A or such times other address as the Member he, she or it shall by notice to the Company and the other Members have designated as the Member's his, her or its address for the mailing of all notices hereunder or, in the absence of such notice, to the address set forth in the Information Exhibit (Exhibit A) hereofhereunder. Any notice, or any document, report report, or return so delivered or mailed shall be deemed to have been given or delivered to such Member at the time it is delivered or mailed, as the case may be.
