TERMS OF THE SERVICE. A. The Service Activation Date shall be the date Subscriber is connected over the Oasis Broadband transport network to the Internet. For wireless and wired subscribers, service activation is the point at which the connection has been verified with Oasis Broadband’s equipment.
TERMS OF THE SERVICE. 2.1 In the event that the Customer, with a written notice submitted before the connection of the Service, cancels his application for the provision of the Service, this Agreement is terminated and the Customer shall be liable to pay the “order cancellation fee”. The “order cancellation fee” is described in paragraph 7 of the EthernetConnect Level Agreement of Appendix C.

The undersigned People’s Electric Cooperative (PEC) customer requests that PEC furnish the Power Watch monitoring service for an initial period of 12 months for $6.00 per month. After the initial 12-month period, this agreement shall be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party by providing at least 30 days written notice. The monthly program charges shall be applied to and specified on the customer’s monthly electric xxxx. Should the customer discontinue electric service prior to the completion of the initial 12-month term of this agreement, all unpaid charges for the initial 12-month period shall immediately become due and payable.

Any amendment of the Service characteristics as described in The Order Form (Appendix B), after a Customer’s request shall result, in the payment of the amount described in paragraph 8 of the BusinessConnect Service Level Agreement of Appendix C. In the event of the termination of the Service, after a Customer request made before the end of the commitment period of the Customer, the Customer shall be liable to pay the “termination fee” of the Agreement provided in term 2.4 below. The “termination fee” of the Agreement is equal to the monthly discount as shown in the Order Form (Appendix B) multiplied by the period remaining in months until the end of the commitment period of the Customer. The Customer shall not be liable to pay the termination fee in case the Service speed or class of Service is upgraded, provided that the Customer renews the commitment period for at least one year. The Customer will be charged and pay to Cyta in addition to the charges and other fees described in the Order Form (Appendix B), the corresponding VAT calculated according to the current rate and any other indirect tax imposed or to be imposed in the future. TERMS OF THE SERVICE. This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you cease to be a member of Jefferson Financial or if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this Agreement.

TERMS OF THE SERVICE. Zinc shall make the Service available to Customer in accordance with this Agreement and the then current Documentation. As long as this Agreement is in effect, the functionality of the Service will not be materially less than that defined in Zinc’s Documentation in effect as of the Effective Date. Customer’s right to use the Service is limited to the Service modules and the number of End Users specified on each Product Order Form and is also subject to any additional terms and conditions specified on a Product Order Form.

Upon renewal under this provision, the price to Customer will be as stated in PBI's price list in effect at the time of renewal for month to month Service.
