Product Order Form definition

Product Order Form has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraphs;

Product Order Form means the online product order form on the Site;

Product Order Form has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.1;

Examples of Product Order Form in a sentence

• Unless otherwise agreed in a Product Order Form, the cost of the Hardware is included in the Fees.

• Copies of, or references to, those licenses may be set forth in a Product Order Form, the Third Party Product packaging and/or in a text file, installation file or folder accompanying the Software.

• All Product Order Forms shall be governed by this Agreement and any different or additional terms presented with or in any communication, including but not limited to, the Customer’s purchase order, are deemed null and void and of no effect unless the additional terms are agreed upon by the Parties in writing prior to acceptance of that Product Order Form.

More Definitions of Product Order Form

Product Order Form means the product order form for products owned by [SIS Vendor], LLC pursuant to a Master License Agreement.

Product Order Form means either Rapid7's online registration form or other ordering document entered into by Customer and Rapid7 which identifies the Software, services, or any hardware ordered by Customer from Rapid7, sets forth the price to be paid for such Software, services, or hardware and sets forth the number of Users who may access and use the Software (for Metasploit Products and Nexpose Products); the number of IP addresses that may be scanned by the Software (for Nexpose Products); or the number of installs or scans of the Software (for AppSpiderTM Products.).

Product Order Form means an order form entered into by Darktrace and Distributor for Offering(s) to be provided to an End User in accordance with the Distributor Agreement.

Product Order Form means either Rapid7’s online registration form or other ordering document entered into by Customer and Rapid7 which identifies the Software or any hardware ordered by Customer from Rapid7, sets forth the price to be paid for such Software or hardware and sets forth the number of Users who may access and use the Software (for Metasploit Products and Nexpose Products) and the number of IP addresses that may be scanned by the Software (for Nexpose Products).

Product Order Form means each Rapid7 ordering document signed by the duly authorized representatives of Customer and Rapid7 which identifies the Products and Services ordered by Customer from Rapid7, sets forth the price to be paid for such Products and Services and contains additional terms and conditions regarding Customer’s use of such Products and Services.

Product Order Form or “POF”: an order form drawn up by Planon whereby Customer orders a Software Licence and/or other goods, Maintenance and Support, Cloud Services and/or Services of whatever nature which forms part of the Agreement;

Product Order Form or “POF” means the specific forms as published by NJG, either physical or online or in any other format, from time to time, for placing orders of the various NJG Products as identified therein.
