Right to Use the Service. Pursuant to the Service Agreement with the Reseller you have been granted with the rights to use the Services. The use of the Services is subject to the terms of this Agreement and the DPA which are hereby incorporated by reference. The rights to use the Services are revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, worldwide, solely for Your own internal business purposes (and not for resale, further distribution, or for providing outsourcing or service bureau services), during the Subscription Term. All rights not expressly granted to You under this Agreement are reserved by Company and its licensors. Upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Term, all rights granted to Customer (and/or any of its Users) herein shall immediately terminate and expire.
Right to Use the Service. Subject to your compliance with the Agreement, including the payment of applicable fees, we grant to you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, limited, non-sublicensable, right to access the features and functions of the Services, during the Term. Your right to use the Services is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any usage or other parameters or limitations set forth in the applicable Order Form. You shall undertake reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of the provisions of this Agreement that are applicable their use of the Services and shall cause them to comply with such provisions.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the applicable Service Order) and payment of the applicable Subscription Fees, Company hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, non- transferable, non-sublicensable, internal right to (a) access and use (and to permit Users to access and use) the Service, solely during the Subscription Term; and (b) access and use, and to permit Users to access and use, the Documentation as reasonably necessary to support the Customer’s permitted use of the Service during the Subscription Term.
Right to Use the Service. 4.1 Subject to and conditional upon you at all times complying with this Agreement, FedEx grants to you a non-exclusive, non- assignable, personal right to use the Service.

Right to Use the Service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and during the term of this Agreement, Flexinets hereby grants you a non-exclusive and non- transferable right to install and use the Service on Your devices for Your own personal use. Flexinets may modify the Service at any time, for any reason, and without providing You with notice of such modification. Modifications will be intended to add functionality, solve bugs or otherwise improve and update the Service.

Subject to strict compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SuccessEd hereby grants to Licensee a personal, non-assignable, non-transferable, non- exclusive, royalty-bearing right to use the Service and related Documentation for the limited purpose of serving Licensee's own internal needs.
