The Xxxxxx Parent has agreed to participate in the Organization’s xxxxxx animal program, and has agreed to do so on a strictly voluntary basis without compensation or benefits of any kind (except as expressly provided in this Agreement). Any and all placements, adoptions or other dispositions of the Xxxxxx Animal are at the sole discretion of the Organization. This Agreement may be terminated by the Organization at any time, for any reason or no reason, in which case the Xxxxxx Animal must be returned to the Organization.
