Employee Obligations definition

Employee Obligations means all wages, bonuses, vacation pay, sick time, pension payments, overtime pay, change of control payments, severance pay and any other termination or severance obligations and any other compensation or obligation which may be due by statute, contract or Law relating to the employment of the Employees.
Employee Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01 hereof.
Employee Obligations means any written contracts, agreements, policies, programs and plans for, among other things, compensation, reimbursement, indemnity, health care benefits, disability benefits, deferred compensation benefits, travel benefits, vacation and sick leave benefits, savings, severance benefits, retirement benefits, welfare benefits, relocation programs, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, including written contracts, agreements, policies, programs and plans for bonuses and other incentives or compensation for the directors, officers, and employees of any of the Debtors.

Employee Obligations means the Debtorswritten contracts, agreements, policies, programs and plans for, among other things, compensation, reimbursement, indemnity, health care benefits, disability benefits, deferred compensation benefits, travel benefits, vacation and sick leave benefits, savings, severance benefits, including in the event of a change of control after the Effective Date, retirement benefits, welfare benefits, relocation programs, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, including written contracts, agreements, policies, programs and plans for bonuses and other incentives or compensation for the directors, officers and employees of any of the Debtors who served in such capacity at any time (including any compensation programs approved by the Bankruptcy Court).
Employee Obligations means the obligations of Caza to its officers, directors, employees and consultants for retention, severance, termination or bonus payments in connection with a termination of employment or consulting services or a change of control of Caza pursuant to any written or oral agreements or any resolution of the Caza Board, pension plans or other plans, Caza’s severance, retention or other policies or otherwise;
Employee Obligations means any obligations or liabilities of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to pay any amount to or on behalf of its officers, directors, consultants or employees, other than for salary (which for consultants shall include consulting fees), vacation and current year bonus (excluding for greater certainty pursuant to any Incentive Awards) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employee Obligations shall include the obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to their respective directors, officers, employees or consultants for severance or termination payments on the change of control of the Company pursuant to any agreements or severance or retention policy, including the Executive Severance.
Employee Obligations means any obligations or liabilities of Western to pay any amount to or on behalf of its officers, directors, consultants or employees, other than for salary, accrued bonuses for 2007, vacation pay and directors’ fees in the ordinary course, in each case in amounts consistent with historic practices and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employee Obligations shall include the obligations of Western to officers or employees: (i) for severance or termination payments on the change of control of Western pursuant to Western’s severance policies and any involuntary severance, termination and employment offer agreements, including payments associated with Code Sections 280G and 4999 which define excise taxes associated with a change of control for United States taxpayers; (ii) for retention bonus payments pursuant to any retention bonus program or executive employment agreement; (iii) for payments with respect to any options, share appreciation rights, participating performance units, deferred share units or similar plans; and (iv) payments with respect to Western’s Supplemental Employee Retirement Plan and its registered pension plan;
Employee Obligations means any written contracts, agreements, policies, programs, and plans (as from time to time amended or restated) applicable to employees or directors for regular compensation (including wages, salary, commissions, and incentives), bonus programs approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the 2020 EIP Order and the 2021 KEIP/EIP Order, expense reimbursements, vacation and sick leave benefits, employee and retiree health care, vision, and dental benefits, employee and retiree life insurance benefits, disability insurance benefits, accidental death and dismemberment insurance benefits, qualified retirement programs, employee relocation programs, employee and director vehicle use policies, commuter benefits, adoption assistance benefits, employee, director, and retiree discount programs, and other employee welfare plan benefits in effect immediately prior to the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Employee Obligations” does not include any contracts, agreements, arrangements, letters, policies, programs, or plans (as from time to time amended or restated) for deferred compensation, non-qualified retirement benefits, severance, or other employment termination benefits.
