Articles of Arrangement. The Articles of Arrangement shall, with such other matters as are necessary to effect the Arrangement, and all as subject to the provisions of the Plan of Arrangement, provide substantially as follows:
Articles of Arrangement. The Articles of Arrangement to be sent to the Director under the CBCA in accordance with this Agreement shall be in a form and content satisfactory to the Company and the Purchaser, each acting reasonably.

The Articles of Arrangement shall, upon the endorsement of a certificate thereon by the Director under section 192(7) of the CBCA, with such other matters as are necessary to effect the Arrangement and subject to the provisions of the Plan of Arrangement, consummate the Plan of Arrangement. The Articles of Arrangement shall be in form satisfactory to Parent, acting reasonably.
Articles of Arrangement. The Articles of Arrangement to be filed with the Director in accordance with the Arrangement shall be in form and substance satisfactory to each of the Parties, each acting reasonably.
Articles of Arrangement. The Articles of Arrangement shall be in a form and content satisfactory to Corporation and Purchaser, each acting reasonably.
Articles of Arrangement. The Articles of Arrangement shall be filed, and the Certificate shall be issued, with respect to the Arrangement in its entirety. The Certificate shall be conclusive evidence that the Arrangement has become effective in accordance with its terms in the sequence provided herein.

The Articles of Arrangement shall, with such other matters as are necessary to effect the Arrangement and subject to the provisions of the Plan of Arrangement, consummate the Plan of Arrangement. On the Effective Date, the Articles of Arrangement shall be filed with the Director. The Articles of Arrangement shall be in form satisfactory to Parent and the Company, each acting reasonably.
