Common use of Section 9.9 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.9. 33 The District shall publicize within the bargaining unit for five (5) working days the availability of open 34 positions as soon as possible after the District is apprised of the opening. A copy of the job posting 35 shall be forwarded to the president of the Union and to the Union representative of the classification

Section 9.9. 33 36 The District shall publicize within the bargaining unit for five seven (57) working calendar days the availability of 37 open 34 positions as soon as possible after the District is apprised of the opening. A copy of the job 38 posting 35 shall be forwarded to the president President of the Union and to the Union representative of the classificationUnion. 39

A copy Notification of the job posting 35 title position and job number shall be forwarded sent to the president President of the Union Union. For each job posting, the 36 District shall publicize the position title, worksite (if known), hours per day, and to the Union representative of the classificationdays worked per year.
