Catering Captain. A catering captain is an employee who has been assigned by management the responsibility to coordinate, assist and supervise the work of catering clerks and to manage service at the catered event. This section shall not be construed as requiring the Employer to have a catering captain. It is understood that the Employer’s supervisors may perform work in this capacity without violating the collective bargaining agreement.

  • Excluded Expenditures The Recipient undertakes that the proceeds of the Financing shall not be used to finance Excluded Expenditures. If the Association determines at any time that an amount of the Financing was used to make a payment for an Excluded Expenditure, the Recipient shall, promptly upon notice from the Association, refund an amount equal to the amount of such payment to the Association.   • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract.   • Captains A. In accordance with federal and state law, the Employer has determined that captain positions are overtime exempt and as such are not covered by federal or state overtime laws. Compensation is based on the premise that captains are expected to work as many hours as necessary to provide the public services for which they were hired. The salary paid to captains (including any supplemental compensation in accordance with Article 25.12) is full compensation for all hours worked. Normally captains will be expected to work a minimum of forty (40) hours in a workweek.

  • Working Capital Upon consummation of the Offering, it is intended that approximately $1,000,000 of the Offering proceeds will be released to the Company and held outside of the Trust Account to fund the working capital requirements of the Company.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Grooming The parties agree that the agency shall have the right to set reasonable and professional grooming standards for its employees. The agency and state agree to consult with the Association in the development of said grooming standards.
