Incident Investigation. Centogene shall be responsible for the evaluation of reported Incidents. Centogene shall investigate any report of an Incident. Shire shall cooperate with, and provide reasonable and necessary information and assistance to, Centogene in connection with such investigation. Centogene shall immediately notify Shire of the results of any investigation related to Contract DBS Test Kits.
Incident Investigation. 3.7 Where a work-related death occurs, the police take primacy initially in the investigation in accordance with the Work Related Deaths Protocol (WRDP) and the associated Practical Guide. The police / Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) are responsible for the investigation and prosecution of certain offences. This includes individual or corporate manslaughter, ill treatment or wilful neglect and extends to cases of theft in an abuse case. HIW or HSE will notify them of such incidents and work with them in accordance with the WRDP and this MoU.

Incident Investigation. Subject always to the nature of Customer’s security incident, logistics with respect to Xxxxxxxx’s delivery of the Services, and the number of Service Period(s) available and requested by Customer, Symantec may perform certain of the activities described below, as coordinated with Customer’s Project Manager, solely to the extent Symantec can reasonably complete such activities based on the Service Period(s) requested by Customer: Information Gathering and Project Coordination: Working with Customer to identify required Customer Incident response team resources including, without limitation, a Customer Project Manager. Reviewing Customer’s networking diagrams to determine the design of the existing network infrastructure. Conducting onsite interviews with Customer’s representatives and designated Customer personnel responsible for: o Managing servers, clients, and remote systems to determine connectivity and management processes; o Internet gateway security to determine availability of solutions to provide information security protection, monitoring and mitigation; o Email security to determine availability of solutions to provide information security protection, monitoring and mitigation managing the endpoint security solutions to identify monitoring capabilities. Establishing procedures for documentation of actions taken and the handling of findings. Scheduling the necessary resources and establishing meeting cadence in coordination with Customer’s Project Manager.
Incident Investigation. All incidents shall be investigated in conjunction with Eskom Rotek Industries in terms of OHS Act General Administrative Regulations 8 and 9, using Eskom Procedure 32-95 as a reference. The objective of incident investigation, should not only be a legal requirement, but should establish why and how the incident occurred and find out the root cause of the incident and to decide on precautionary measures that are required to address the root cause to prevent any further recurrences of the same or similar incidents.

Incident Investigation. Subcontractor must report all OSHA recordable injuries and any property damage to CH2M HILL immediately (within 1 hour of incident). An incident investigation must be conducted and a complete report issued to CH2M HILL within 24 hours of incident. A daily verbal update will be provided to CH2M HILL until claimant is released to full-duty and/or claim has been resolved.
Incident Investigation. The Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be notified by the Employer in a timely manner of each accident, incident and injury involving an employee which has occurred since the last meeting of the Committee. The Committee shall investigate the incident jointly, by one (1) representative of the Union and one (1) Employer representative and report to the Union and the Employer on the nature and cause of the accident or injury. In the event of a fatality, the Employer shall immediately notify the Union designate.
Incident Investigation. The Union shall be notified immediately of each incident or injury that results in a time loss. The site Health and Safety Committee shall investigate within two (2) days and report within five (5) days on the nature and causes of these incidents or injuries.
