Information Gathering. The Recipient agrees to comply with the following principles which aim at protecting the security, dignity and privacy of every individual who, in the course of the Work carried out under this Project, will be requested to provide personal or commercially valuable information about her/himself or others (hereinafter referred to as “Subject of Research”):
