Employer Representative. Employer shall designate at least one authorized employee who has familiarity with Employer's HSA program that shall be HQY's primary point of contact in connection with the administration of the Program.
Employer Representative. The names of all Employer Representatives shall be placed in a box and the Employer shall draw therefrom five (5) names. Once the names of the Employer Representatives have been drawn, the disciplined employee, or his/her designated representative, shall strike four (4) of the five names from the list. The remaining named representative shall be the Employer's Representative on the Appeal Board.
Employer Representative. The Employer shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of consultants, legal or otherwise, when dealing with the Union.
Employer Representative. The Employer shall provide the Union with a list of management’s designated representatives for each step of the grievance procedure.
Employer Representative. The Employer shall designatea representative at each level the grievance procedure and shall inform each employee of the name and title of the person so designated. This informationshall be communicated to employees by means of notices posted by the Employer in places where such are most likely to come to the attention of the employees to whom this grievance procedure applies The parties agree that when problems or differences arise, occur betweenthe Employer, the Union and the affected in an effort to solve problems as expeditiously and amicably as possible. Meeting with the Employer and the Union shall have the right to request a meetingwith the Employer during regular working hours, on any grievance at any point in the grievance procedure. Such a request will not be unreasonablydenied.
Employer Representative. Employer Representative" unless otherwise specified shall mean the Chief Commissioner or such person or persons appointed by the Employer.
Employer Representative. The City agrees that the City Manager or his designated representative shall be its agent with regard to any communications or matters presented by the Labor Council and further that the City and the City Manager, or his designated representative shall receive any and all communication regarding any matters and activities of any nature whatsoever of the Labor Council only through the Bargaining Committee or authorized representative of the Labor Council.
Employer Representative. The Employer shall specify the name, position, contact information and scope of authorization of the Employer's representative at the construction site in the terms of the special contract. The Employer’s representative is responsible for handling the specific matters related to the Employer during the performance of the Contract within the scope of the Employer’s authorization. The behavior of the Employer’s representative within the scope of the authorization is the legal responsibility of the Employer. If the Employer replaces his/her representative, the Employer shall be notified in writing 7 days in advance. If the representative of the Employer fails to perform his duties and obligations in accordance with the contract and causes the contract to continue to perform normally, the Contractor may request the Employer to withdraw the representative of the Employer, and the Employer has the right to decide whether to cancel the representative of the Employer after verifying the actual situation. For projects that are not legally supervised, the Supervisor's authority may be exercised by the Employer’s representative or other person designated by the Employer.
Employer Representative. Employer designates , as the primary contact, “the Employer Representative,” as Employer's contact person(s) for all matters relating to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, approving communications to be sent by OurHealth to Eligible Persons in a timely manner. In the event that (i) the designated Employer Representative is unable to continue to serve or (ii) Employer desires to appoint a new Employer Representative, Employer will promptly appoint, and provide a written notice to OurHealth with the name of a new Employer Representative. Subject to Indiana law, the Employer Representative will have the authority, on behalf of Employer, to take all reasonable and necessary actions to ensure Employer complies with the terms of this Agreement. Further, the Employer Representative shall, upon reasonable request, work with OurHealth to help facilitate the effective, efficient delivery of services provided for by this Agreement.
Employer Representative. (b) This Committee will function in accordance with the Industrial Health and Safety Regulations pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act.
