City Representative definition

City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.

City Representative means the City Manager or his or her designee as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to the Developer containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed by the City Manager.

City Representative means the City employee who has specifically been designated to act as a contact person to the City’s Procurement Administrator, and who is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the Contractor’s performance under the Contract and for providing information regarding details pertaining to the Work.

• Manager shall immediately notify the City Representative when a perceived or actual financial or economic interest of any Manager Party relating to this Agreement is identified.

• If a perceived or actual financial or economic interest of any Manager Party exists and the City Representative has not been notified, or it is later determined that there has been a violation of any federal, State or local conflict of interest law, City shall have the right to stop or reduce Assessment disbursements in connection with the violation, in addition to all other rights and remedies available under this Agreement and federal, State and local conflict of interest laws.

City Representative means the Water Commissioner of the City of St. Louis or his/her authorized or designated representative.

City Representative means that official or agent of the City authorized by the City Council to undertake the action referenced herein.

City Representative means an individual delegated by by-law to act as City Representative for the purposes of this Agreement;

City Representative means the Mayor, the CITY’s COUNCIL or any other person authorized to act on behalf of the CITY under or with respect to this Agreement as evidenced by a certificate conferring such authority executed by the chairperson of the CITY’s COUNCIL and provided to CONSUMER DIRECT.

City Representative or “Project Manager” means a City employee who has been designated to act as a contact person to the Procurement Officer, and who is responsible for (i) monitoring and overseeing the Vendor’s performance under the Contract and (ii) providing information regarding details pertaining to the Contract.
