Common use of Ethical Behavior Clause in Contracts

Ethical Behavior. The supplier/organization shall have and adhere to a code of ethical standards and ensure that persons doing the work under the organizations’ control are aware of the importance of ethical behavior. If Seller has cause to believe that Buyer or any employee or agent of Xxxxx has behaved improperly or unethically under this contract, Seller shall report such behavior to appropriate Buyer Points of Contact (“POCs”).
