A - RECOGNITION. A-1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed by the Sensenbrenner Hospital in a nursing capacity, save and except Unit Managers, persons above the rank of Unit Manager.

A-1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole Bargaining Agent for all Registered Nurses and Nurses with a Temporary Certificate of Registration employed by London Health Sciences Centre in the City of London, Ontario, in a nursing capacity, save and except Advanced Nurse- Practitioners/Clinician Nurse Specialists, Coordinators and persons above the rank of Coordinator and employees covered by subsisting Collective Agreements.

The City acknowledges that the Union has been certified by the Civil Service Commission as the recognized employee representative, pursuant to the provisions set forth in the City’s Employee Relations Ordinance for the following classifications: 2233 Supervising Physician Specialist – Unit 17

A.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all Registered and Graduate Nurses employed in a nursing capacity by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in the City of Toronto, save and except Team Coordinators, Head Nurses, Nursing Supervisors, Nursing Managers, persons above those ranks, Staff Health Nurses and Student Nurses.

A-1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole Bargaining Agent for all Registered and Graduate Nurses employed by London Health Sciences Centre at Victoria Campus, in a nursing capacity at London, save and except Nurse- Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialists, Coordinators, persons above the rank of Coordinator, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week and employees covered by subsisting Collective Agreements.

A.01 The Health Centre recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent of all lay employees of the Health Centre save and except professional medical staff, graduate nursing staff, under-graduate nurses, graduate pharmacists, under-graduate pharmacists, graduate dietitians, student dietitians, technical personnel, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, chief engineer, office staff, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week, students employed during the school vacation period and persons covered by subsisting Collective Agreements.
