Fees. 费用 In consideration for the Services, the Client shall pay the Fees as set out in Quotation to this Agreement. The Fee shall be payable within 15 days following the date of invoice. BSI Management Systems shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of two and one half per cent over The People's Bank of China from time to time on the amount of the delayed payment for the period of the delay inclusive of the date payment is received. Fees. 6.1 Customer shall bear any fees, charges or expenses which may be imposed by the network operator and/or any telecommunications company providing or servicing telecommunications equipment in connection with the Services. 6.2 The Bank reserves the right to charge fees in relation to the use and/or termination of the Services and to revise such fees. The Bank shall determine and give reasonable notice to the Customer of the rate of any fee from time to time before they become effective which shall be binding on the Customer if the Customer continues to maintain or use the Services on or after the effective date. Fees may be collected from the Customer in such manner and at such intervals as the Bank may specify.

Fees. The amount of the annual fee under the AirPlus Company Account Contract may arise out of the AirPlus Company Account application and will be charged to Subscriber once a year in advance if the Subscriber checks the relevant item. Further product(s) and service(s) provided by AirPlus at the Subscriber's request other than the items checked by the Subscriber will be charged separately. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the prices as under the Contract and the Terms (if any) are all including VAT.

Fees. (a) Our fees, including outlays, for the relevant scope of work are set out below:

Fees. (a) The Customer shall pay the Bank such fees and other charges in respect of the Premier Banking or Wise Banking services as the Bank may determine. (b) If the Customer's daily average combined balance with the Bank falls below the required minimum account prescribed by the Bank for 3 consecutive calendar months, the Customer shall pay the Bank a monthly maintenance fee prescribed by the Bank or such other fee as the Bank may determine. In addition, if such daily average combined balance falls below the minimum amount prescribed by the Bank during a specified period from time to time determined by the Bank after the Customer has become a Premier Banking or Wise Banking customer of the Bank, 21 22 the Customer shall reimburse the Bank for the cost of any welcome gift (such cost to be determined by the Bank) provided to the Customer in relation to the Premier Banking or Wise Banking service. Fees. 5 .1 . Commitment Fee. The Borrower shall pay for the account of the Banks a commitment fee of one half of one percent 1/2%）per annum on the Ttotal Loan Commitment，from and including the date hereof to but excluding the earlier of the Disbursement Date and the Termination Date，payable quarterly commencing on the day numeri- cally corresponding to the date hereof in the third month thereafter and on the earlier of the Disbursement Date and the Termination Date. 5 .2 . Management Fee. The Borrower shall pay for the account of the Managers a management fee equal to one percen（t 1% ）of the Total Loan Commitment，payable on the date hereof.

Fees. 1. The Customer agrees to pay service fees, handling fees, and postage fees according to the agreed fee standards from the date of using this service, and they will be billed on the Customer’s credit card statement or paid through other means. If not specified, HSBC shall not charge fees, except as stipulated in the credit card agreement and other separate agreements. 2. If the fee standards in the previous clause are adjusted after the agreement is signed, HSBC should announce the content of the adjustments in a prominent place on HSBC's website and notify the Customer of the adjusted content through electronic documents or phone calls. 3. If the adjustment mentioned in the second clause involves an increase in fees, HSBC should provide the Customer with the option to express whether they agree to the fee increase on the webpage. If the Customer does not agree before the effective date of the adjustment, HSBC will temporarily suspend some or all of the internet banking services. If the Customer agrees to the fee adjustment after the effective date, HSBC should immediately restore the relevant services of this agreement. 4. The announcement and notification of the fee adjustment mentioned in the previous clause should be made at least sixty days before the adjustment takes effect, and the effective date of the adjustment shall not be earlier than the following fiscal year after the announcement and notification.
