Yearly Rent definition

Yearly Rent in respect of a mining lease, means the yearly rent that would have been payable under the Mineral Resources Act 1989 if the lease had been created on the date fixed by the chief executive pursuant to this Act as the date at which all lands in the area in which the lease is situated are required to be valued.

Examples of Yearly Rent in a sentence

  • Such monthly estimated payments shall be made commencing on the aforesaid date and otherwise at the same time and in the same manner as Tenant’s monthly payments of Yearly Rent.

  • During the term of this Lease the Yearly Rent and other charges, at the rate stated in Exhibit 1, shall be payable by Tenant to Landlord by monthly payments, as stated in Exhibit 1, in advance and without demand on the first day of each month for and in respect of such month.

More Definitions of Yearly Rent

Yearly Rent means until the Review Date the initial Rent and thereafter any sum substituted for it under the provisions of schedule 5.
