Yacht definition

Yacht means either (1) any docu- mented or numbered vessel used exclu- sively for pleasure, or (2) any sailboat used exclusively for pleasure over 16 feet in length measured from end to end over the deck excluding sheer.

Yacht means any vessel which is propelled by sail or machinery in the water which exceeds 32 feet in length, and which weighs less than 300 gross tons.
