Customer represents that the Assets deposited in the Accounts are (Check one): X1 Employee Benefit Plan or other assets subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”); X2 Mutual Fund assets subject to certain Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) rules and regulations; X3 Neither of the above.
