WUAs definition

WUAs means Water User Associations established under Law No. 39 of the Borrower, dated December 19, 1998, as the same may be amended from time to time; each, individually, called a “WUA”.
WUAs means the public entities established by Law 6172, published in the Official Gazette dated March 22, 2011, or any legal successor or successors thereto.

WUAs means water users’ associations or their legal successor thereof, established pursuant to the Law on Land Reclamation;
WUAs or “Water Users Associations” means associations to be formed, registered and operated by farmers in accordance with the Borrower’s laws to carry out community-based water management activities.
