Worst Performing Share definition
Worst Performing Share means, in respect of a Coupon Payment Date, the Share with the lowest Share Return in respect of such Coupon Payment Date, as determined by the Calculation Agent (provided that if two or more Shares have the same lowest Share Return in respect of a Coupon Payment Date, then the Calculation Agent shall determine which such Share shall be the Worst Performing Share in respect of such Coupon Payment Date in its sole and absolute discretion, and such Share shall be the Worst Performing Share in respect of such Coupon Payment Date).
Worst Performing Share means the Share with the lowest Share Return, as determined by the Calculation Agent (provided that if two or more Shares have the same lowest Share Return, then the Calculation Agent shall determine which such Share shall be the Worst Performing Share in its sole and absolute discretion, and such Share shall be the Worst Performing Share).
Worst Performing Share means, in respect of any Scheduled Valuation Day, the Share for which the Price of the Share on such day divided by Initial Share Price for such Share is lowest, and, in respect of any Averaging Period, the Share for which the performance of the Share (as calculated on the basis of the arithmetic average of the Price of the Share on each relevant Averaging Date) divided by Initial Share Price for such Share is lowest.

Worst Performing Share means the Share with the lowest Share Performance in respect of the Final Valuation Date. If two or more Share have an equal lowest Performance the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion will select any of such equal lowest Shares as the Worst Performing Share.

Worst Performing Share means, in respect of the Shares in the Basket, the Share with the lowest Average Share Return, as determined by the Calculation Agent. If two or more Shares in the Basket have the same lowest Average Share Return, the Calculation Agent shall determine which of such Shares having the same lowest Average Share Return shall constitute the Worst Performing Share.
