Working Capital Sublimit definition

Working Capital Sublimit means seven hundred forty million Dollars ($740,000,000), as the same may be increased from time to time in accordance with Section 2.05 (Incremental Commitments).
Working Capital Sublimit means a portion of the Revolving Credit Commitments not to exceed $175,000,000 (subject to periodic reduction as provided in Section 2.05(e)), available for (i) drawing Revolving Credit Loans the proceeds of which are to be used for working capital purposes and (ii) the issuance of Letters of Credit.
Working Capital Sublimit shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in ------------------------ Section 2.15.

  • In no event shall the Borrower be entitled to request or receive any Working Capital Loan that would cause (i) the sum of (A) the outstanding principal amount of all Working Capital Loans and Swing Line Loans and (B) the Working Capital LC Exposure to exceed the Working Capital Sublimit or (ii) the sum of (A) the outstanding principal amount of all Working Capital Loans and Swing Line Loans and (B) without duplication, the LC Exposure to exceed the Total Commitment.

  • On the Revolving Credit Termination Date which relates to the entire Revolving Credit Facility, Borrower shall pay to Agent for the account of each Lender, the outstanding balance of the Working Capital Sublimit of the Revolving Credit Facility, together with any accrued but unpaid interest, and any unpaid fees and expenses relating thereto.

  • For at least 30 consecutive days during each fiscal year and for at least ten consecutive days during the period commencing on December 1 through and including January 31 of each fiscal year, no Revolving Credit Loan borrowed under the Working Capital Sublimit shall be outstanding.

  • Subject to Section 2.05(c), the Working Capital Sublimit and the DSR Sublimit will be increased by the amount of the Train 6 Commitment Increase up to three hundred million Dollars ($300,000,000) and ninety million Dollars ($90,000,000), respectively, as elected by the Borrower.

More Definitions of Working Capital Sublimit

Working Capital Sublimit means $25,000,000.00. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. For purposes of this Agreement, Loans may be classified and referred to by Class (e.g., a “Revolving Loan”) or by Type (e.g., a “Eurocurrency Loan”) or by Class and Type (e.g., a “Eurocurrency Revolving Loan”). Advances also may be classified and referred to by Class (e.g., a “Revolving Advance”) or by Type (e.g., a “Eurocurrency Advance”) or by Class and Type (e.g., a “Eurocurrency Revolving Advance”).
Working Capital Sublimit means $10,000,000.
Working Capital Sublimit in Section 1.1 of the Agreement, is hereby deleted.
Working Capital Sublimit is defined in the definition of "Sublines".
