Working Capital Line definition

Working Capital Line has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13(g). ARTICLE X
Working Capital Line a fee of 25 basis points (.25%) of the $2,000,000 face amount of the Working Capital Note, payable at Closing.
Working Capital Line means the revolving twenty-four (24) month revolving line of credit in the maximum principal amount of $2,000,000 to fund the Borrower's short term working capital needs.

More Definitions of Working Capital Line

Working Capital Line means any line of credit available to Borrower for general working capital purposes and approved by Lender (which approval may be rescinded by Notice to Borrower).
