Working Capital Facilities means any alternative financing arrangements entered into by the Issuer for general corporate purposes in an aggregate amount not exceeding DKK 15,000,000 (or its equivalent in any other currency or currencies).

More Definitions of Working Capital Facilities

Working Capital Facilities means credit facilities in respect of working capital provided by a Lender or any of its Affiliates to a Loan Party or any Subsidiary existing on the Second Amendment Effective Date and identified as such in Schedule 1.01(c) hereto.

Working Capital Facilities means (i) the Super Senior RCF and/or (ii) and any short term credit facility obtained for general corporate purposes of the Group.

Working Capital Facilities means, collectively, the Bank Credit Facility and one or more other facilities among the Company, as borrower thereunder, any Subsidiary Guarantor and one or more lenders pursuant to which the Company may Incur Indebtedness for working capital purposes or to finance the acquisition, holding or development of property by the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries (including the financing of any related interest reserve), as any such facility may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and includes any agreement extending the maturity of, or restructuring (including, without limitation, the inclusion of additional borrowers thereunder that are Unrestricted Subsidiaries), all or any portion of the Indebtedness under such facility or any successor facilities and includes any facility with one or more lenders refinancing or replacing all or any portion of the Indebtedness under such facility or any successor facility.

Working Capital Facilities means Senior Indebtedness of one or more of the Issuer and the Note Guarantors under one or more working capital credit facilities entered into with one or more Mexican or international financial institutions that are not Affiliates of the Issuer at any time prior to or after the date of issuance of the Notes.

Working Capital Facilities means the contemplated working capital facilities to be entered into after the Time of Purchase by the Company and its Subsidiaries incorporated in South Africa, Singapore and Mexico.
