Working Capital Facilities definition

Working Capital Facilities means the working capital facilities described in paragraph
Working Capital Facilities means any alternative financing arrangements entered into by the Issuer for general corporate purposes in an aggregate amount not exceeding DKK 15,000,000 (or its equivalent in any other currency or currencies).
Working Capital Facilities means, collectively, the short-term working capital credit agreement or credit agreements by and among the Company, the Restricted Subsidiaries and any one or more lenders from time to time parties thereto, as the same may be amended, extended, renewed, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Working Capital Facilities

Working Capital Facilities means credit facilities in respect of working capital provided by a Lender or any of its Affiliates to a Loan Party or any Subsidiary existing on the Second Amendment Effective Date and identified as such in Schedule 1.01(c) hereto.

Working Capital Facilities means Senior Indebtedness of one or more of the Issuer and the Note Guarantors under one or more working capital credit facilities entered into with one or more Mexican or international financial institutions that are not Affiliates of the Issuer at any time prior to or after the date of issuance of the Notes.
Working Capital Facilities means the contemplated working capital facilities to be entered into after the Time of Purchase by the Company and its Subsidiaries incorporated in South Africa, Singapore and Mexico.
Working Capital Facilities means any working capital facility including any overdraft facility, factoring and guarantee facilities (but excluding any bank guarantees granted for the purpose of rent deposits) in an aggregate maximum amount not exceeding EUR 7,000,000 at any time.
