Work Results definition
Work Results means any item of work carried out and delivered pursuant to this Agreement as part of or arising out of the Services.
Work Results means all inventions, improvements, ideas, formulae, prototypes, developments, innovations, records, reports, documents, papers, drawings, transparencies, photos, graphics, names or logos, typographical arrangements, devices, processes, discoveries, designs, topographies, databases, including, but not limited to, lists of contacts, whether personal or otherwise, know-how, technology, products, software (including source code and executable or object code), copyright works, trade and business names, internet domain names, and any other matters or things devised, prepared, developed, created or made by the Supplier or a subcontractor (whether alone or with others and whether or not patentable or capable of registration and whether or not recorded in any medium) during the term of an Order.
Work Results are all results of the Contractor’s work that arise in connection with the order as well as the results of the work of third parties that have been brought in by the Contractor to perform the Contract with regard to the production of work results as well as all of the Contractor’s copyright-protected items and services that may arise in the course of Contract performance, including, without limitation, all plans, drawings, graphics, calculations and other documents.

Work Results means any item of work carried out and delivered pursuant to this Agreement as part of or arising out of the Services, such as any hardware, software, data schema or other technology or any design or recommendation for the foregoing and any prepared materials such as reports, spreadsheets and similar documents and any updates, additions or modifications to the same.
Work Results means any item of work carried out and delivered pursuant to this Agreement as part of or arising out of the Tuition Services.
