Work Fee definition

Work Fee means the fee charged by the initial Issuing Lender in connection with any issuance or amendment of any Letter of Credit, which Work Fee shall in no event exceed (i) $1,500 per Letter of Credit issued by such initial Issuing Lender with respect to any issuance thereof and (ii) $250 per Letter of Credit issued by such initial Issuing Lender with respect to any amendment thereof.
Work Fee means the non-refundable work fee of $35,000 + GST payable to the Agent pursuant to the Agency Agreement.
Work Fee means the $15,000 (plus GST) payable by the Corporation to the Agent, pursuant to the Agency Agreement.

  • The fees payable to SS&C by Customer for the Services under this Statement of Work are set forth on the Statement of Work Fee Schedule attached hereto.

More Definitions of Work Fee

Work Fee means a fee in the amount of $25,000 payable to Lender pursuant to, and upon occurrence of the events described in, Section 2.5(d).
