The Municipality shall complete the Work and pay such portion of the Work Costs in excess of the Award, and the Municipality shall not be entitled to any reimbursement or funding therefore from the County.
The Estimated Work Costs as shown in EXHIBIT A represent a reasonable estimate of the costs actually incurred or expected to be incurred for the Work.
The Municipality’s Award was determined based on the Municipality’s Estimated Work Costs as set forth in EXHIBIT A.
The County will retain custody and control over Award funds which will only be made available to the Municipality upon submission to the County of documentation of incurred Work Costs and approval thereof by the County.
