• Where any part of any improvement to the Mortgaged Property related to a WMB Loan (other than a Mortgaged Property secured by a Cooperative Loan) is located in a federally designated special flood hazard area and in a community which participates in the National Flood Insurance Program at the time of origination of the related WMB Loan, the Servicer shall cause flood insurance to be provided.
