Withholding Payment definition

Withholding Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Withholding Payment means the amount withheld by ACIAR from the final payment for the Services pending receipt of a satisfactory Final Report;
Withholding Payment has the meaning given to such term in Section 9.5(b).

  • Each Member hereby agrees to indemnify the Company for, and hold the Company harmless from, any Withholding Payment that is attributable to such Member (as reasonably determined by the Board), including any interest, penalties and additions to tax with respect thereto.
