W&I Insurers means Riskpoint A/S (UK branch) of 00 Xx. Xxxxxxx'x Xxxx, London, EC3R 8HL, American International Group UK Limited of the XXX Xxxxxxxx, 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX0X 0XX and the insurers and underwriters referred to in the excess warranty and indemnity insurance policy number AMB03325;
W&I Insurers has the meaning given to it in the SPA;
W&I Insurers means Euclid Transactional Europe GmbH (as the primary insurer), VALE Insurance Partners Europe B.V and RiskPoint A/S UK Branch (as insurance capacity providers). ​
