The rate to be paid by Shipper to Transporter for the Wheeling Service provided hereunder shall consist of the $0.005/Dth Usage Rate assessed to Shippers moving gas between Transporter and interconnecting pipelines and a Fuel and Gas Lost and Unaccounted For component as posted on Transporter’s EBB.
Any failure on the part of the Open Access User to pay all or any portion of an Invoice issued by APTRANSCO/___PDCL shall constitute a valid ground for APTRANSCO and or ___PDCL to terminate such Transmission and/or Wheeling Service forthwith, as also to take such measures as prescribed under this Agreement or Regulations, or law applicable.
