A Transmission Wheeling Agreement, as amended, between Transmission Owner or between a Transmission Owner and an entity that is not a Transmission Owner associated with the purchase (or sale) of Energy, Capacity, and/or Ancillary Services for the benefit of an entity that is not a Transmission Owner.
For purposes of this Contract, Delivery Point shall be defined as either: (a) the point of interconnection between FPL’s system and the transmission system of the final utility transmitting energy and firm capacity from the Facility to the FPL system, as specifically described in the applicable Wheeling Agreement, or (b) the point of interconnection between the Facility and FPL’s transmission system, as specifically described in the Interconnection Agreement.
Additional Delivery Location means any delivery location where the Customer receives ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ C Energy transmitted from the Point of Delivery pursuant to a Wheeling Agreement.
Agreement Shall mean this Wheeling Agreement executed hereof, including the schedules hereto, amendments, modifications and supplements made in writing by the Parties from time to time.
