Examples of WESCO in a sentence

  • The Seller shall not maintain joint bank accounts or other depository accounts to which WESCO or any Affiliate thereof (other than WESCO in its capacity as the Servicer) has independent access.

WESCO means Willbros Energy Services Company, a Delaware corporation.
WESCO shall include the Company and its direct or indirect parents, if any, and its subsidiaries, and (B) the term “Business” shall mean the business of Wesco, as such business may be expanded or altered during the period of Executive’s employment with Wesco, including, without limitation, the business of (i) procuring, delivering and otherwise managing the inventory of chemicals for or on behalf of any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, joint stock company, trust, joint venture, unincorporated organization or governmental entity (or any department, agency or political subdivision thereof), training and managing the waste produced by such individuals and entities or providing services ancillary thereto, including process improvement, consultation, environmental health and safety compliance or waste handling services, or (ii) providing inventory management services or purchasing and distributing aerospace parts, machined parts, electrical components, bearings, and fastener installation tooling for or on behalf of any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, joint stock company, trust, joint venture, unincorporated organization or governmental entity (or any department, agency or political subdivision thereof).
WESCO means Wesco Insurance Company, a Delaware corporation.
WESCO shall include Wesco and its direct or indirect parents, if any, and its Subsidiaries, and (B) the term “Business” shall mean (x) the business of inventory management services and the purchase and distribution of aerospace parts, machined parts, bearings, and fastener installation tooling, as such business may be expanded or altered into reasonably related business activities by the Company during the period of Participant’s employment with Wesco, and (y) any other business (or expansion of the Business described in the preceding clause (x)) that Wesco may commence during the Non-Compete Period or plans to commence within twelve (12) months after the date thereof as reflected in a capital expenditures budget, business plan, internal memoranda or other tangible evidence that such plans had been made during Participant’s employment, with respect to which the Participant has, or would be reasonably expected to have, material responsibilities or management authority.](1)
WESCO shall have the meaning specified in the preamble hereto.
WESCO means the selling entity specified in the SOW.
WESCO means WESCO Distribution, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
