Weekly Settlement Date definition

Weekly Settlement Date means each Thursday of each week (or the next succeeding Business Day if such day is not a Business Day), beginning with the first Thursday after the Closing Date.

Weekly Settlement Date means the third Business Day of each calendar week.

Weekly Settlement Date means, with respect to any week of a month of a delivery Period, the date(s) determined to be the PJM Settlement Date(s) pursuant to the PJM Agreements and schedules.

• All payments shall be made by “Electronic Funds Transfer” (EFT) via “Automated Clearing House” (ACH), unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, to a bank designated in writing by such Party, by 12:00 p.m. EPT on the Weekly Settlement Date or Monthly Settlement Date, as applicable.

Amounts to be calculated hereunder shall be continuously recalculated at the time any information relevant to such calculation changes.

Weekly Settlement Date means the fifth (5th) Business Day after the Week End Date.

Weekly Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(a).
