Weekly Rate Mode definition

Weekly Rate Mode. ’ means a Rate Mode in which a Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at a Weekly Rate.

Weekly Rate Mode means the mode during which Bonds of a Series bear interest at aWeekly Rate.

Weekly Rate Mode means each period of time during which the bonds of Series LL bear interest at a Weekly Rate.

Weekly Rate Mode means the Mode in which the interest rate on the Bonds is set at the Weekly Rate.

Section 1.03 Interpretation. Unless the context requires otherwise, words of the singular number used in this Resolution shall be construed to include correlative words of the plural number and vice versa, and words of the masculine gender shall be construed to include correlative words of the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa. References in this Resolution to numbered Articles, Sections or portions thereof shall refer to the respective Articles and Sections of this Resolution, unless expressly specified otherwise. The terms “hereof,” “herein,” “hereunder” and similar terms shall refer to this Resolution as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Resolution. This Resolution and all the terms and provisions hereof shall be liberally construed to effectuate the provisions set forth herein and to sustain the validity of this Resolution.

Weekly Rate Mode means the Interest Rate Mode in which a Bond bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

Weekly Rate Mode means the mode during which Bonds of a Series bear interest at a Weekly Rate in accordance with the applicable Certificate of Determination.

Weekly Rate Mode means a Rate Mode in which 2008 Series Bonds in such Rate Mode bear interest at a Weekly Rate; and

Weekly Rate Mode means, with respect to each Bond, the manner of determining the Weekly Rate with respect to such Bond, as set forth in Section 204(a)(2) hereof.
