On each Weekly Allocation Date, the Master Issuer (or the Manager on its behalf) shall instruct the Trustee in writing to allocate from the Collection Account all amounts relating to the Series 2025-1 Class A-2 Notes pursuant to, and to the extent that funds are available therefor in accordance with the provisions of, the Priority of Payments.
On each Weekly Allocation Date, the Master Issuer shall instruct the Trustee in writing to withdraw on such date an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the sum of all Securitization Operating Expenses then due and payable and (ii) the amount on deposit in the Securitization Operating Expense Account after giving effect to any deposits thereto pursuant to the Priority of Payments on such date and apply such funds to pay any Securitization Operating Expenses then due and payable.
Whenever the Trustee is instructed to invest funds in any of the Indenture Trust Accounts, including the Standby Investment, the Trustee shall so invest such funds as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of such instructions, and failure to transfer the Investment Income on the Weekly Allocation Date will not be an Event of Default.
