WeChat or “WeChat App” means a brand name and a mobile wallet electronic payment service provided by Tencent Holdings Ltd.
WeChat as used herein shall refer to the digital wallet of Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. The headings in this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not limit or affect the interpretation of the provisions hereof.

WeChat means 微信, a Chinese multi-purpose messaging, social media and mobile payment app developed and owned by Tencent Holdings Limited, Tencent Binhai Mansion, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China;
WeChat. Account” means an account and profile created by the Customer in WeChat in order to allow Viva City to deliver the Subscription Services and the Professional Services;
WeChat means the WeChat platform (on which the HSBC HK WeChat Official Account Service is operated) and related services made available by Tencent from time to time; and
WeChat means Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of China with its office located at Tencent Building, Kejizhongyi Avenue, Hi-tech Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen 518057, providing the services in relation to processing of payment made by Customer through Weixin Pay.
WeChat means the WeChat platform (on which HSBC HK WeChat Binding is operated) and related services made available by Tencent from time to time; and
