Weather Data definition

Weather Data means historical weather data provided by the Met Office in respect of the Weather Measurement Location;
Weather Data means the record by the Site Weather Monitoring Station of daily temperature and the calculation of the extent to which the average outdoor temperature during that day was greater or less than a mean temperature of +18 degrees Celsius.
Weather Data means the data obtained from Environment Canada’s “National Climate Data and Information Archive” including daily mean, minimum and maximum temperatures.

Examples of Weather Data in a sentence

  • You may not grant sublicensing rights to the WeatherKit APIs or Apple Weather Data in their original form.

  • For example, neither You, Your Applications, nor Your Corresponding Products may use or make available the Apple Weather Data, or any portion thereof, as part of any secondary or derived database.

  • Apple Weather Data may vary from actual conditions due to variable factors, such as signal issues and geopolitical events, that can affect the accuracy of Apple Weather Data.

  • These actions may include limiting, suspending, or revoking Your access to Apple Weather Data and WeatherKit APIs.

  • Your end user license terms must not permit end-users or any other third parties to reverse engineer the WeatherKit APIs or Apple Weather Data for any purpose.


More Definitions of Weather Data

Weather Data has the meaning set out in Section 1.1 of Schedule 8 - Energy;
Weather Data means the record by the Site Weather Monitoring Station of daily temperature and the calculation of the extent to which the average outdoor temperature during that day was greater or less than a mean temperature of +18 degrees Celsius;
Weather Data has the meaning set out in Appendix 2D [Energy]; and
Weather Data means a record of annual hourly data for dry and wet bulb temperature, dew point humidity, relative humidity, total horizontal solar radiation, wind speed and direction and atmospheric pressure at the nearest Environment Canada weather monitoring station; and
Weather Data means the record of daily maximum and minimum dry and wet bulb temperature, dew point humidity, relative humidity, total horizontal solar radiation, wind speed and direction, cloud amount and atmospheric pressure recorded by the Site Weather Monitoring Stations.
Weather Data has the meaning set out in Appendix 8C [Energy]; and
Weather Data means the actual historic weather data obtained from Environment Canada's "National Climate Data and Information Archive" including but not limited to daily temperature.
