Wave definition

Wave means the unincorporated joint venture established pursuant to that Joint Venture Agreement dated March 23, 1992, between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ventures, Inc. and Worthington Industries, Inc.
Wave means each phase of the Technology Transfer noted as Wave 1, Wave 2 and Wave 3 of the Technology Transfer Plan in force as of the Effective Date, and from time-to-time during the TT Term.
Wave means Wave Division Holdings, LLC d/b/a Wave and any of its affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as the local Wave-affiliated cable operator that is providing the Services over its cable system.

  • Rogue Wave offers no support for such products and shall have no liability associated with their use.
