The Waterline Easement shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: All Waterline Facilities which are installed in the Waterline Easement Area shall be and remain the property of the Authority, its successors and assigns.
In the event a use of the Property by Owner is approved by the Authority, but requires the relocation of any of the Waterline Facilities or the adjustment of the depth of any of the Waterline Facilities, all costs required to accomplish such relocation or adjustment shall be paid by Owner.

Warranties shall be for a period of not less than two (2) years after completion of the Waterline Adjustments.
