Waterfront definition

Waterfront means a parcel of property with upland charac- teristics which includes within its boundary, a physical interface with the existing shoreline of a body of water.
Waterfront means land that is contiguous to the Great Lakes or their connecting waterways, a river, or a lake or impoundment that has a surface area of not less than 50 acres.
Waterfront means those portions of the shoreline area that are not separated from the water by a public street or road.
