Waste Transfer Note definition

Waste Transfer Note means the waste transfer note referred to in clause 4 and signed by the Parties from time to time;2 Period of the Agreement

More Definitions of Waste Transfer Note

Waste Transfer Note means a note compliant with Section 34(1)(c) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (as amended) and Regulation 35 of the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (as amended); and

Waste Transfer Note means the legislative based paperwork required by law and populated and signed by the Customer, including provision of the SIC (standard industrial classification).
