  • This Warrant and the rights evidenced hereby shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Company and the Warrantholder and their respective successors and permitted assigns (subject to ‎Section 6 with respect to the Warrantholder); provided that the Company shall not assign its obligations under this Warrant except in connection with a Merger Event as provided in ‎Section 6(a).
