Warrant Term definition

Warrant Term has the meaning given to it in Section 2.
Warrant Term means, in respect of each grant of Shares, the period commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on the fifth anniversary thereof, during which may exercise this Warrant.
Warrant Term means the period commencing at Closing and continuing until 4:30 p.m. (Edmonton time) on the date which is three (3) years following the Closing Date (or, if such date is not a business day, on the first business day which is at least three (3) years following the Closing Date), subject to amendments to the expiry provisions in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 13; and

  • During the Warrant Term, the Company will at all times have authorized and reserved a sufficient number of shares of its Common Stock to provide for the exercise of the rights to purchase Common Stock as provided for herein.

  • To the extent that the Warrantholder has not exercised its purchase rights under this Warrant to all Common Stock subject hereto, and if the fair market value of one share of the Common Stock is greater than the Exercise Price then in effect, this Warrant shall be deemed automatically exercised pursuant to Section 3(a) (even if not surrendered) immediately before the expiration of the Warrant Term.

Warrant Term means the period during which a Warrant may be exercised by the registered holder thereof, beginning on the date the Warrant is issued and ending at 5:00pm Pacific Time on the day that is three (3) years after the date the Warrant is issued, subject to the Company's right to accelerate the Warrant Ters as set out in the Note Terms.
