Warrant Period definition

Warrant Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on the last date of the Exercise Period.
Warrant Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on and including the Expiration Date.
Warrant Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the earlier to occur of the date of the Warrant Exercise Closing Date or the date of termination of this Warrant in accordance with Section 8.1.

Examples of Warrant Period in a sentence

  • Subject to the conditions set forth in the Warrant Agreement, the Warrants may be exercised only during the Warrant Period and to the extent not exercised by the end of such Exercise Period, such Warrants shall become void.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this Warrant and all the rights conferred hereby shall terminate and expire at the aforementioned time on the last day of the Warrant Period, unless the Warrant was previously exercised.

  • The above period shall be referred to hereinafter as the "Warrant Period".

  • In the event that during the Warrant Period the Company consolidates its share capital into shares of greater par value, or subdivides them into shares of lesser par value, then the number of Warrant Shares to be allotted on exercise of this Warrant after such consolidation or subdivision shall be reduced or increased accordingly, as the case may be, and in each case the Exercise Price shall be adjusted appropriately such that the aggregate consideration hereunder to the Company shall not change.

  • This Warrant and the rights conferred hereby shall terminate at the aforementioned time on the last day of the Warrant Period.
