Warrant Exchange definition

Warrant Exchange has the meaning ascribed to that term in Subsection 2.2(c).
Warrant Exchange shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2.4.
Warrant Exchange means the Warrant Exchange whereby Purchasers exercised Warrants to purchase 2,000,000 shares of common stock of Chanticleer at a reduced exercise price of $0.50 for gross proceeds to Chanticleer of $1,000,000.

  • A Holder has the right to elect at any time or from time to time a Warrant Exchange (as defined below) pursuant to a Warrant Certificate Request Notice (as defined below).

  • The Warrant Exchange shall take place on the date specified in the Notice of Exchange or, if later, the date the Notice of Exchange is received by the Company (the "Exchange Date").
