Warm Start definition

Warm Start means start up after a shutdown period between 10 hours and 72 hours. “Cold Start” means start up after a shutdown period exceeding 72 hours.
Warm Start in relation to steam turbine means start up after a shutdown period between 10 hours and 72 hours (turbine metal temperatures between approximately 40% to 80% of their full load values).
Warm Start means the start-up of a Train immediately after a continuous period of greater than eight (8) but less than sixty-eight (68) hours during which the Train has not been generating electricity.
