Warehouse Line definition

Warehouse Line means the line of credit established by the Agent and Banks in favor of the Company under Article 2 of this Credit Agreement in the maximum principal amount of, as applicable, either (i) One Hundred Ten Million Dollars ($110,000,000.00) to and until the close of business on June 14, 2004, or (ii) Ninety-Five Million Dollars ($95,000,000.00) from June 15, 2004 to and until the Termination Date, subject in each case to the right of the Company and the Agent in their sole, joint discretion to increase such amount by adding one or more Applicant Financial Institutions as a "Bank" or "Banks" hereunder.
Warehouse Line means the line of credit established by the Agent and Banks in favor of the Company under Article 2 of this Credit Agreement in the maximum principal amount of One Hundred Forty Million Dollars ($140,000,000.00) to and until the close of business on August 28, 2005, subject to the right of the Company and the Agent in their sole, joint discretion to increase such amount by adding one or more Applicant Financial Institutions as a “Bank” or “Banks” hereunder.
Warehouse Line means one or more secured, first priority revolving lines of credit in favour of a Mortgage Subsidiary, by and among such Mortgage Subsidiary and the financial institution(s) party thereto from time to time, for the purpose of funding mortgage loans originated by such Mortgage Subsidiary; provided that (A) the principal amount of Indebtedness obligations (or the principal amount of such other obligations) owing to third parties under the Warehouse Line does not in the aggregate exceed at any one time outstanding the greater of (x) U.S.$1,000,000,000 or (y) 20% of Consolidated Total Assets, (B) recourse in respect of such Indebtedness obligations and other obligations is limited solely to a Mortgage Subsidiary and not the Obligors and their other Subsidiaries and (C) concurrently with any mortgage loan agreement entered into by such Mortgage Subsidiary and the borrower of such mortgage loan, such Mortgage Subsidiary enters into a binding agreement of sale with a Mortgage Loan Buyer in respect of the sale of such mortgage loan to such Mortgage Loan Buyer (to the extent such agreement is not already in existence).

More Definitions of Warehouse Line

Warehouse Line shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the Preliminary Statement of this Credit Agreement.
Warehouse Line means one or more secured, first priority revolving lines of credit in favour of a Mortgage Subsidiary, by and among such Mortgage Subsidiary and the financial institution(s) party thereto from time to time, for the purpose of funding mortgage loans originated by such Mortgage Subsidiary; provided that (A) the principal amount of Indebtedness obligations (or the principal amount of such other obligations) owing to third parties under the Warehouse Line does not in the aggregate exceed at any one time outstanding the greater of (x) U.S.$300,000,000 or (y) 10% of Consolidated Total Assets, (B) recourse in respect of such Indebtedness obligations and other obligations is limited solely to a Mortgage Subsidiary and not the Obligors and their other Subsidiaries and (C) concurrently with any mortgage loan agreement entered into by such Mortgage Subsidiary and the borrower of such mortgage loan, such Mortgage Subsidiary enters into a binding agreement of sale with a Mortgage Loan Buyer in respect of the sale of such mortgage loan to such Mortgage Loan Buyer (to the extent such agreement is not already in existence).
Warehouse Line means any warehouse loan or line of credit under which the Company is obligated or under which the Company has the right to obtain loans or advances, including, without limitation, that warehouse line of credit granted to the Company by Republic.
Warehouse Line means the line of credit established by the Agent and the Banks in favor of the Company under Article 2 of this Credit Agreement in the maximum principal amount Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00); provided, however, the Company acknowledges and agrees that no Advances of any type shall be requested by the Company or funded by the Agent or the Bank from and after the close of business on May 31, 2010.
Warehouse Line has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2(i). 
Warehouse Line means warehouse lines of credit, repurchase agreements and indebtedness secured by mortgage loans and related assets in the ordinary course of the Company’s mortgage lending business and which, for avoidance of doubt, shall not include any term loan or credit agreement of the Company or the Company Subsidiaries that is available to the Company or the Company Subsidiaries to finance aspects of their operations or capital expenditures more generally outside of the funding, purchase and sale of Mortgage Loans.
Warehouse Line has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.15.
