Warehouse Facilities definition

Warehouse Facilities means the warehouses which are operated by the Company or a Related Corporation or such other warehouses operated by third parties whose services the Company or a Related Corporation may engage from time to time.
Warehouse Facilities means any financing arrangement in the form of repurchase facilities, loan agreements, note issuance facilities and commercial paper facilities, with a financial institution or other lender or purchaser to finance or refinance the purchase, origination or funding by Maverick or any of its Subsidiaries of loans, mortgage related securities, mortgaged properties acquired through foreclosure or other mortgage-related assets.
Warehouse Facilities mean each of the (i) Credit Agreement, dated as of April 19, 2021 (as amended restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), by and among Regional Management Receivables IV, LLC, as borrower, Regional Management, as Servicer, the lenders from time to time thereto, the agents from time to time thereto, Computershare Trust Company, N.A. (as successor to ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo), as account bank and back-up servicer, and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, as administrative agent, (ii) Credit Agreement, dated as of April 28, 2021 (as amended restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), by and among Regional Management Receivables V, LLC, as borrower, Regional Management, as Servicer, the lenders from time to time thereto, the agents from time to time thereto, ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, as account bank and back-up servicer, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, (iii) Credit Agreement, dated as of February 2, 2023 (as amended restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), by and among Regional Management Receivables VI, LLC as borrower, Regional Management, as Servicer, the lenders from time to time thereto, Computershare Trust Company, N.A. as securities intermediary and back-up servicer, and Regions Bank, as administrative agent, and (iv) Credit Agreement, dated as of April 3, 2023 (as amended restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), by and among Regional Management Receivables VII, LLC as borrower, Regional Management, as Servicer, the lenders from time to time thereto, Computershare Trust Company, N.A. as securities intermediary and back-up servicer, and BMO Capital Markets Corp., as administrative agent.
